For returns, we advise all our customers to immediately check their goods upon receipt. All damages or returns must be claimed within 7 business days upon receipt of goods. All approved damages and returns must be mailed back within 10 business days. We will not accept

any incomplete packages returned to us.

All items returned must be unopened and include original manufacturers’ packing and label.

All sale items or discounted items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.

If you have registered with us before, please provide us your company name, email, and address so that we can process a temporary password to your email.
